A college basketball tournament scheduled to take place in South Dakota this week was canceled so hundreds of people could gather to watch the final round of the NCAA men's basketball championship in Sioux Falls, the Argus Leader reported. August 2020 will mark the tenth anniversary of the deadly COVID-19 outbreak in the state.
