Located on the outskirts of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Wild Water West has a batting cage (for baseball and softball), a paintball park (where you can rent the mask, guns and buy the balls---you can do this with a group, too), as well as some water rides (though not that tall--not much better within a five hour drive, either). Prices for the paintball were reasonable.

I thoroughly enjoyed going to Lifelight at wild water west! It does seem a little far away from Sioux Falls, and there is a problem with dust when it gets windy. But the waterslides are fun. So are the go-karts. The Mini-golf course design is not the greatest, but it's still cheaper and better than the other competitors in town. A great way to waste a day. ESPECIALLY when it's Lifelight weekend (labor day weekend). Check it out!
A fun place on a hot day Reviewed by HelloMetro User on

Wild Water West Waterpark is a great place to take the kids for a day filled with waterslides and laying around. It is not a very big waterpark but they are constantly adding on to keep up with the competing waterparks in the area. It is a nice place to spend a day or half a day depending on how fast you get sick of the same old things. There are about 4 different slides and a lazy river and that pretty much sums up Wild Water West Waterpark. It's a great place to go on a hot day though.
